  1、熱水沖調(免煮):将30—50克的燕麥倒入容器内,按1:8的比例加入80℃以上的熱開水充分拌勻,3分鐘後即可食用。可加入牛奶、鹽或火腿便成另一風味的麥片。

  2、微波爐煮食法:将30—50克的燕麥放入微波爐專用器皿,按1:8的比例加入清水或牛奶拌勻,放入微波爐以高溫煮1分鐘。
