  1、材料:綠豆芽、豬肉、粉皮。

  2、将豬肉剁成肉碎,然後拌上鹽、雞粉,少許糖和生蔥,喜歡的話還可以加點五香粉;

  3、将豬肉和綠豆芽薄薄地鋪在粉皮上, 粉皮小心的卷起,要卷得均勻。

  4、要把腸粉放進鍋内蒸約10-15分鐘;

  5、蒸熟後,起鍋,淋上已調好的醬汁,可口腸粉就大功告成了!
