山藥枸杞排骨湯

  1、排骨放到煮開的水裡焯一下,用漏勺瀝幹撈出; 2.把焯好的排骨放進煮開的砂鍋水裡,放入姜片,大火煲沸改小火慢慢煲2小時左右;

  3、山藥去皮洗淨,斜刀切塊;

  4、倒入煲的差不多的排骨裡,調入适量精鹽,大火煲沸改小火煲20分鐘左右;

  5、起鍋前倒入适量枸杞,煲5分鐘左右;

  6、調入适量雞精、胡椒粉攪勻即可關火。
