  1、挂面1小把、蔥花适量、醬油1湯匙、鹽1茶匙、雞蛋1個、玉米油适量、開水适量。

  2、鍋中倒入适量玉米油,打入一個雞蛋煎熟,煎至兩面金黃盛出。

  3、鍋中燒開水,下入挂面煮熟,煮熟後過涼水。

  4、碗中加入蔥花、醬油、鹽。倒入适量開水,撈入面條,放入煎蛋即可。
