  1、準備花椒,大料,桂皮,香葉。

  2、鍋中倒入涼水,放入花椒,大料,桂皮,香葉。大火煮開放涼,放入鹽,醋,幾滴白酒做成湯汁。

  3、姜蘿蔔洗淨,姜切片,蘿蔔切片,放入瓶中。

  4、倒入湯汁,蓋上蓋擰緊,放置冰箱冷藏一周以上,四川泡酸蘿蔔就做好了。
