  1、材料:黃花魚1條,蒸魚豉油(生抽)生姜,蔥。

  2、魚放盤子上,将姜片鋪在魚上。蒸魚豉油倒在小碗裡。

  3、将魚和小碗都放在鍋裡用大火蒸熟,7-10分鐘(魚的重量)。

  4、魚蒸好後把姜片揀去,魚盤裡的腥水倒掉。然後将蔥段鋪在魚上,小碗裡的蒸魚豉油倒到魚上。

  5、将鍋燒熱,倒入1勺油燒到7成熱。把燒熱的油澆到魚盤的蔥段上即可。
