蔥油芋艿的做法

  1、原料:小芋艿8個、蔥2根調味料:鹽1/2茶匙、糖1/4茶匙。

  2、芋艿連皮洗淨,放入鍋中加水沒過,煮開後,改小火煮20分鐘,備用。

  3、将芋艿泡在冷水中,再将皮剝除,每個對切兩半,小的可以不切;蔥洗淨,切末。

  4、用2大匙油炒香蔥花,放入芋艿及調味料和1杯清水燒開,改小火加蓋焖至熟軟時盛出即可。
