酸奶布丁的做法

  材料:酸奶,吉利丁片,果味粉,水蜜桃;

  步驟:

  1、吉利丁片,水蜜桃,酸奶,布丁杯,果味粉備用;

  2、吉利丁冰水軟化;

  3、隔水融化;

  4、融化至無明顯顆粒倒入酸奶中攪拌均勻;

  5、果味粉加入攪拌均勻;

  6、過篩;

  7、裝入布丁杯,丢幾顆水蜜桃塊進去放冰箱冷藏一到兩個小時,酸奶布丁就做好了。

  小貼士:

  1、吉利丁片用冰水軟化,隔水化開;

  2、水果可以根據個人口味選擇。
