  1、将泡辣椒洗淨切成塊,草魚去五髒洗淨切成塊,蔥切段、姜切片;

  2、坐鍋點火,油熱後将魚放入鍋中,炸至兩面金黃撈出;

  3、鍋内留餘油,待油熱後将泡椒倒入鍋内炒出香味,放入蔥、姜、蒜、高湯、白糖、醬油、鹽、醋、雞精再加入魚塊,料酒翻炒約2-3分鐘即可。

  4、主料:草魚;調料:泡辣椒、醬油、醋、鹽、白糖、蔥、姜、蒜、雞精、高湯。
