  1、将芋頭洗淨曬幹。

  2、把芋頭切成薄片放入盆中。

  3、往盆中加入白糖4斤,泡椒3斤,鹽4兩,雞精2兩,味精2兩,适量白酒攪拌均勻。

  4、将盆中的材料倒入鹹菜缸中,倒入香醋1瓶,白醋1瓶,生抽1瓶,老抽1瓶後密封6~8天。

  5、腌制芋頭制作成功。
