蛋奶烤南瓜的做法

  1、準備材料:去皮南瓜200克、雞蛋2個、奶粉30克、水100克、玉米澱粉15克;

  2、南瓜洗淨去皮取肉蒸熟,奶粉加水攪拌至融化,加入雞蛋、玉米澱粉攪拌均勻;

  3、南瓜放入料理機打成泥,加入奶液攪拌細膩,倒入烤盤中;

  4、烤箱提前預熱,180度25分鐘左右,取出晾涼即可。
