  1、将豬骨頭放入鍋中焯煮15分鐘,撈起用涼水沖洗一遍,放入湯鍋中;

  2、木瓜去皮洗淨,切滾刀塊;

  3、生姜去皮切厚片,墨魚幹洗淨擠幹水;

  4、全部食材放入湯鍋中,加入5碗清水;

  5、遮上鍋蓋,大火煲開後調成中火,煲60分鐘左右,調入鹽、雞粉拌勻即可舀起食用。
