  1、取少量鹽放在開水中攪拌使其融化,待鹽水涼後把當天吃不完的豆腐放入涼鹽水中浸泡,鹽水浸沒豆腐即可,通常500克豆腐需要50克食鹽。

  2、這樣可使豆腐保持一星期不變質,用鹽水浸泡過的豆腐做菜時,可不放鹽或适量少放鹽了。
