  1、主料:鲈魚1條,南瓜适量。

  2、調料:色拉油适量,食鹽适量,味精少許,魚骨(湯)适量。

  3、将鲈魚宰殺改浪花刀漂清水後略腌制。

  4、南瓜去皮一部分蒸熟制茸。另一部分切條。

  5、把魚拍粉過油後下魚骨湯南瓜茸,瓜條燒透調味收汁即可。
