  1、主料:豬蹄4個。

  2、配料:醬油100克,精鹽10克,桂皮,花椒各5克,蔥50克,姜20克。

  3、将豬蹄用火燒一下,放入溫水内泡一會。

  4、刮淨污物洗淨。蔥切成段。姜切成塊,拍破。

  5、豬蹄放入開水鍋内,燙一下撈出,用涼水過涼

  6、再放入鍋内,加水(以沒過肉為佳)醬油,精鹽,大料,桂皮,花椒,蔥段,姜塊,開後微火焖熟時,轉旺火收汁,把豬蹄撈入盤内即成。
