泡蘿蔔的腌制方法

  1、食材:白蘿蔔1斤,蒜适量,小米辣适量,鹽少許,白砂糖,白醋适量。

  2、将蘿蔔去皮,切條,放入盆中,加鹽浸泡;

  3、将腌出水的蘿蔔沖洗幹淨,放入盤中待用;

  4、涼白開中加入白醋,糖,蒜和小紅辣椒,攪拌;

  5、将洗好的蘿蔔條放入保鮮盒,倒入調料水,蓋膜,蓋蓋冷藏1天即可。
