  1、黨參15克,陳皮10克,豬瘦肉100克,老鴨1隻,雞湯750克,菜油1000克,調料适量。

  2、将鴨子宰殺後退淨毛樁、去内髒、腳爪,洗淨血水,瀝幹水分,鴨皮上用醬油拌勻,再下人八成熱的油鍋内炸至皮色金黃時撈出,稍冷,用溫水洗去油膩,盛人沙鍋内(鍋底墊上瓦碟)。豬瘦肉切成塊,人沸水中氽一下撈起,放人鴨腹内。沙鍋置火上,加人2藥及料酒、姜片、蔥段、鹽、味精,用文火焖至鴨子爛熟時,棄藥物及調料,把鴨子撈起拆去大骨,切成指條塊狀,放入大碗中擺好,傾入原湯。佐餐食。
