  1、香料:八角5粒、小茴香25克、陳皮5克、花椒10克、、甘草2片、丁香5克、桂皮5克、山奈5克

  2、調味料:醬油100ml、醬油膏100ml、冰糖15克、酒15克、蔥2根、姜3片、蒜5瓣、辣椒1個、香油5ml

  3、做法:将香料裝袋放進鍋中,加1000ml水,所有調味料入鍋侵泡20分鐘,再加熱煮滾,煮出香味即可。
