  1、原料準備:黃瓜1條,生姜、蔥,生抽,陳醋均适量即可。

  2、黃瓜洗幹淨切成小段,取保鮮袋,蓋住黃瓜,平拿刀拍,不用拍很碎;

  3、拍碎裝盤;

  4、倒入生抽與陳醋,按自己喜歡的口味比例調味,切生姜和香蔥與調料混合;

  5、把調料均勻倒入裝好的盤中,用筷子調勻,酸醋黃瓜很快就完成啦。
