  1、食材:明太子、蘆筍、清酒、味淋。

  2、将蘆筍去皮,用開水燙至半熟後用冰水浸泡,再用幹淨的毛巾吸幹蘆筍的水分。

  3、将明太子去皮,取出裡面紅色的小魚子,放入味淋、清酒,拌勻後再放入蘆筍,拌一下,裝盆即可。
