  1、把酸菜水分擠盡、将酸菜切成極細的細絲待用;

  2、鍋裡放水,燒熱後,加入粉條,煮軟後,關火,加蓋,慢慢泡着待用;

  3、鍋裡放油,加入蔥蒜姜末煸炒出香味後,放入酸菜、加胡椒粉、加清水後,放入粉條,水開後關小火炖至粉條軟爛後,加鹽,勾芡水,收汁出鍋。
