  1、将菠蘿外部沖洗幹淨抹幹,對半切開挖出果肉切丁,外殼留作盛器用;

  2、菠蘿丁用淡鹽水浸泡10分鐘濾幹;

  3、香腸隔水蒸10分鐘,取出切丁;

  4、胡蘿蔔去皮切丁,青豆沸水氽一下撈起濾幹;

  5、雞蛋打散後入熱油鍋略炒,加入胡蘿蔔丁煸炒;

  6、随即加入米飯、臘腸丁炒勻;

  7、調入魚露、泰式雞醬和少許鹽炒勻;

  8、最後放入菠蘿丁和青豆,快速翻炒幾下,出鍋裝入菠蘿殼内即可。
