  1、主料:冬瓜約600克、扁尖筍38克、蝦米1湯匙、姜2片、清水約1杯。

  2、扁尖筍和蝦米分别沖淨,瀝幹,留用。

  3、冬瓜去皮和籽,洗淨,切成骨排狀塊,待用。

  4、燒熱油約1。5湯匙,爆香姜片和蝦米,放入冬瓜略炒,注入清水和扁尖筍,煮滾後,改用文火焖煮片刻至材料稔,加入調味料,用生粉水埋一層薄芡,即可盛上碟,熟食。
