  1、用料:

  金針菇1把、鹽1小勺、雞精1小勺、生抽3小勺、水5小勺、油3小勺、蔥花少許。

  2、做法:

  (1)金針菇去頭洗淨,切蔥花;

  (2)調澆汁時以鹽:雞精:生抽:水1:1:3:5的比例調制,調好之後攪拌至鹽融化,均勻的澆于金針菇上;

  (3)鍋中熱水,上氣之後,放上封了保鮮膜的金針菇盤,蒸10分鐘即可;

  (4)撕去保鮮膜,撒上蔥花;

  (5)另起一小鍋熱油;

  (6)當油冒青煙之後,均勻的淋于金針菇上即可。
