最簡單的清蒸鲈魚步驟

  1、鲈魚(1條,700克)、精鹽(少許)、花生油(40克)、姜絲(15克)、蔥(2條)。

  2、制作過程:将鲈魚宰好,除内髒,洗淨。用鹽、生姜絲、花生油,澆入鲈魚肚内。用蔥二三條放在碟底,蔥上放鲈魚。

  3、再用豬肉絲、冬菇絲姜絲和(少許)熱鹽、醬油、地栗粉攪勻,塗在魚身上,隔水猛火蒸十分鐘,熟後取出原汁一半,加生蔥絲及胡椒粉放于魚上,再燒滾豬油淋上,略加适量醬酒即好。
