清炒花蛤的做法步驟

  1、用料:花蛤500克,青蔥3根,蒜頭6瓣,嫩姜4~5片,紅辣椒2~3個,九層塔嫩葉1小把,白葡萄酒l量杯,高湯1大匙,鹽1小匙,奶油1/2大匙,食油1/2大匙。

  2、花蛤吐沙洗淨,蔥、姜、蒜切成細末,紅辣椒去籽切片備用。

  3、鍋中燒熱奶油,把蔥、姜、蒜、辣椒炒香,放下花蛤翻炒數下,淋下白葡萄淡酒與高湯。

  4、大火續煮到花蛤略開,拌下九層塔葉,即可關火加蓋,焖3分鐘起鍋趁熱食用。
