  1、食材:雞翅12個,蜂蜜3勺,米醋1勺,生抽2勺,蚝油1勺,料酒1勺。

  2、雞翅洗淨劃刀,放入姜蔥,生抽兩勺、蚝油一勺、蜂蜜3勺,米醋1勺,料酒1勺,鹽适量,黑胡椒碎适量戴上手套抓勻腌制兩個小時以上。

  3、檸檬切片,烤盤墊上油紙,放入腌制好的雞翅擺上檸檬片,放入預熱好的烤箱上下火210度,烤30分鐘(烤10分鐘左右雞翅會出水,拿出來倒點,多餘的水繼續烘烤)。
