牛肉炖西紅柿的家常做法

  1、牛肋條肉、番茄、清醬、姜、料酒、鹽、蔥、草果、食用油各适量。

  2、做法:将牛肉洗淨切成小方塊,姜切末蔥切段。坐鍋點火,油至5—6成熱時,逐步将牛肉炸過撈出。

  3、鍋中留底油放入炸過的牛肉,放水(以淹過肉為宜)加入清醬、姜末、料酒、蔥段、草果、鹽調味;将番茄放入開水中浸泡片刻撈出剝去皮切成月牙塊放入鍋中,用小火燒60分鐘即可。
