  1、材料:絲瓜1根、肉餡适量、蔥适量、姜适量、蒜适量、水澱粉适量、雞蛋1個。

  2、做法:絲瓜削皮,去頭尾,切段掏空備用。絲瓜肉切碎,切蔥花,姜,蒜切末,将肉餡倒入料酒,生抽,姜末,絲瓜碎,拌勻。加入鹽,糖,雞蛋,倒入澱粉,攪拌均勻,之後将肉餡放入掏空的絲瓜中。放入鍋中蒸10分鐘,紅米椒切圈,細火爆香蔥蒜,倒入水澱粉勾芡,淋入蒸熟的絲瓜上即可。
