1、雞蛋打入碗中,攪拌均勻,加入牛奶、白糖、鹽,攪拌均勻。

2、平底鍋燒熱後刷一層油,倒入蛋液,晃動一下使蛋液鋪滿鍋底,煎至底部凝固時,從一邊卷起,鍋底刷油,倒入蛋液,晃動鍋底,等蛋液凝固時從另一邊卷起,鍋底刷油,倒入最後的蛋液,晃動鍋底,蛋液凝固再次從另一邊卷起,兩面也都煎一下,切開裝盤,玉子燒做好了。
