  1、靈芝雞湯材料:赤靈芝30克、淮山20克、杞子10克、桂元肉15克、陳皮1/4個、去核紅棗數粒、羅漢果1/4個、雞1隻。

  2、制作方法:雞去皮洗淨,出水,備用。陳皮浸軟去果瓤。鍋中放适量的水,水滾後放入雞及放入其它材料,煲1小時45分鐘,放入桂元肉煲十五分鐘,即可調味飲用。

  3、特點:增強免疫力,調節分泌,防止衰老。
