  1、肉洗淨後切成厚0.3厘米的片,放入鹽、味精、生粉、生抽、蛋液碼味上漿,腌漬30分鐘後放入燒至四成熱的色拉油中小火滑5分鐘,取出後控油。

  2、京蔥切成滾刀塊。

  3、鍋内放入15克色拉油,燒至七成熱時放入姜片、蔥塊、青紅椒片煸炒出香,倒入裡脊翻炒均勻,加入料酒、美極鮮調好滋味出鍋即可。

  4、将炒好的裡脊放入錫紙中包好,放在燒至280℃左右的鐵闆上即可。
