  1、主料:大米1杯、菜豆100g、臘腸1根。

  2、配料:食用鹽。

  3、做法:

  (1)将大米淘好放鍋裡;

  (2)菜豆洗淨,臘腸洗淨切塊;

  (3)在電飯鍋裡的大米上面鋪一層菜豆;

  (4)在菜豆上鋪上臘腸,如果臘腸不是很鹹加入少量鹽,按米飯和菜豆的量配鹽;

  (5)加入适量的水,沒過臘腸就可以了,就在平時煮白米飯的基礎上多加一點點,不要加太多不然米飯會太稀;

  (6)按煮飯模式煮大概15-20分鐘;

  (7)煮好後盛飯就可以吃了,軟糯香噴噴的,非常下飯。
