  1、花生洗淨晾幹,開小火炒至花生可以輕松剝皮為止。

  2、将花生撈出晾涼,去掉紅皮。

  3、去皮的花生倒入料理機中,加白砂糖絞打成花生粉沫。

  4、鍋裡倒花生油,油溫燒熱,關火冷卻。

  5、将冷卻了的花生油倒入花生沫中,攪拌均勻,倒入容器中保存就好了。
