  1、材料:黃牛肉500克,山藥200克,蓮子200克,茴香100克,紅棗250克,米酒20克。

  2、牛肉切片,山藥切塊,茴香研末,紅棗去核。

  3、牛肉開水氽過,與米酒,水适量,旺火煮沸,中火煮熟爛,入山藥、蓮子、茴香、紅棗共煮熟爛。每食10-15克,日食2次。
