  1、做法一:原料:海帶300克,蒜茸、香油、醋、味精各适量。做法:将海帶洗淨,切成細絲後煮半小時撈出放涼。放涼後加蒜茸、香油、醋、味精等調料後,拌勻即可食用。

  2、做法二:主料:海帶絲200克,紅辣椒1根,嫩姜5片。調味料:鹽2小匙,醬油2小匙,香油2小匙。制法:海帶絲泡水洗淨,紅辣椒、嫩姜片洗淨切絲。海帶絲在沸水中稍加煮燙後,撈出浸于冷水中,瀝去水分盛盤,加入紅辣椒絲、姜絲拌勻。鹽、醬油、加入海帶絲中拌勻後置于冰霜中冰涼,食用前淋香油。
