  2、做法:取适量辣椒面、五香粉、炒香的芝麻、蒜泥、鹽和雞精放入調料碗,然後燒适量熱油,放一小把花椒粒和一隻八角炸香,撈出花椒粒和八角扔掉,把炸香的油倒入調料碗攪勻,再倒适量陳醋燒開,也倒入調味碗中攪勻即成,最後再根據個人口味放生抽調味。
