  1、蛋黃加白糖,使勁打,打久一點,黃黃的蛋液慢慢就發白了,還有很多蓬松的泡泡。

  2、把碧根果牛奶飲品倒入奶鍋,中火燒開,開兩分鐘後關火,放一放,稍微晾涼。然後把奶往蛋液中倒,一邊倒一邊攪拌。再把奶油放進蛋奶液裡,調散。

  3、裝盒子,放冰箱,凍一陣後拿出來用筷子攪拌三五分鐘,再凍再攪拌,差不多3次。

  4、碧根果剝開,碾壓成碎碎,放在冰淇淋表面即可。
