素炒蔥頭方法

  1、食材:蔥頭、紅椒、蔥、蒜粒。

  2、蔥頭切粗絲,紅椒切絲,蔥切段,蒜切末。

  3、鍋内倒少許油,先将蔥頭絲炒熟,因為水分含量大,所以要先炒去其中部分水份。

  4、再燒鍋下油,放蒜米、紅椒絲炒炒,最後放入炒過的洋蔥絲,調好味加入蔥段,炒至入味後用少許濕生粉勾芡盛盤即可。
