  1、原料:芹菜、香菇、熏幹、彩椒、鹽。

  2、芹菜洗淨,莖切斷,葉撕碎。香菇泡發後切片,熏幹切片,彩椒切絲。

  3、鍋熱倒油,下少許蔥花爆香,下香菇片和熏幹片翻炒,若鍋中幹可倒入少許泡香菇的水。

  4、倒入芹菜莖和葉,翻炒至芹菜熟後,關火。

  5、倒入彩椒絲,調入鹽,翻炒均勻即可。
