  配料:老姜 500克。

  步驟:

  1、老姜清洗幹淨,晾幹水分,切成小塊;

  2、榨汁,500克老姜榨出來的姜汁有450克;

  3、姜汁倒入制冰格,放冰箱冷凍;

  4、姜渣攤開,太陽曬幹、暖氣烤幹、自然風幹,選一種方法将姜渣弄幹,因為水分都榨完,很容易幹;

  5、幹燥後的姜渣打粉,然後過30目面粉篩,粗的放回去再打,全部打完裝瓶;

  6、最後得到一保鮮盒的姜汁冰塊,一瓶姜粉。

  姜粉制作完成。
