  1、壞處:稀飯水分較多,中青年人及活動較多的孩子容易餓,不宜當午餐。控制水份攝入的病患不宜。晚上夜尿較多的老人不宜晚餐用稀飯。

  2、好處:容易消化;增強食欲,補充體力;防止便秘;防止喉嚨幹澀;調養腸胃;延年益壽。
