  把要做的事寫在一個小的或者薄的本子上,攜帶方便,便于觀看,或者記在手機裡,設成鬧鐘提醒;在每天安排一個固定的時間,想一想還有什麼沒有做,該做什麼;找到适合自己的方法,習慣不可能根除,隻能夠被替換,在着手改掉壞習慣之前,必須仔細地思考究竟應該選取哪些好習慣來替換它們。
