  1、1勺料酒、2勺醬油、3勺糖、4勺醋、5勺清水。

  2、糖醋汁用法是先将主料炸至外焦裡嫩出鍋,鍋中放少許油燒七八成熱時倒入兌好的汁并迅即推炒至稠濃後立即投入主料,滾勻,再淋明油,使汁起泡發亮,聞到香味出鍋。有條件再加些辣油、紅曲水、蕃茄汁更佳。
