  1、主料:扇貝(鮮)500克。

  2、調料:蚝油4克,姜4克,鹽3克,料酒3克,花生油25克。

  3、将姜切末,活扇貝泡入清水中,去除泥沙,再洗淨,放入開水鍋氽熟,撈出去一側蓋殼,肉放殼内,排放盤中。

  4、炒鍋注油燒熱,放蚝油、姜末、鹽、料酒及适量清水,燒開後調成蚝油汁,澆在扇貝肉上即成。
