1、石榴清洗幹淨，切去兩頭，用刀輕劃外皮，然後用力掰開，剝出石榴籽。
2、将石榴籽倒進攪拌杯裡，并且加入涼開水，剛剛沒過為好。
3、快速攪拌後，用濾網過濾，倒入杯中。
4、打出來的石榴汁是淡粉色，略有甜味，如果喜甜的親，可以加一勺蜂蜜攪拌飲用。
5、靜止過後，底部會有少許沉澱，陽光下的石榴汁，顔色更紅更亮些。
