銀耳薏米炖桃膠步驟

  1、主料:桃膠15g銀耳5g薏米10g冰糖20g枸杞10g。

  2、桃膠加水充分泡發,大約24小時,銀耳泡發4小時。

  3、泡發好的桃膠去除雜質,洗淨,放高壓鍋,再加入銀耳、薏米、冰糖,加入适量水。

  4、選擇煲湯鍵,等它自己炖好再加上枸杞就好了!
