  1、主料:紅棗30克、桂圓50克、花生仁40克。調料:紅糖。

  2、紅棗洗淨、去核;花生仁洗淨;桂圓去皮、核。

  3、将紅棗、桂圓肉、花生仁放入湯鍋中,加入适量清水,大火燒沸後,轉小火炖煮30分鐘,加入紅糖攪勻即可。
