  1、将姜、蒜、桂皮、辣椒洗淨切好備用;

  2、将臘排骨剁好洗淨,放入水中先除一下水,以免太鹹影響口感;

  3、在鍋中放入适量色拉油,加入花椒爆香;

  4、加入切好的姜、蒜、桂皮和幹辣椒;

  5、加入适量豆瓣醬,炒出香味;

  6、倒入淖了水的臘排骨;

  7、反複翻炒;

  8、水氣炒幹後,加入适量蚝油;

  9、多炒一會,讓臘排骨入味;

  10、将臘排骨盛入高壓鍋中;

  11、加入适量水;

  12、蓋上鍋蓋和高壓閥,上大氣汽後,再壓八分鐘;

  13、關火,待高壓鍋冷卻後,揭開鍋蓋,将排骨盛起來,就可以享用美味的臘排骨了。
