  1、羊肝切片後用水反複清洗後再燒開水焯燙一下,洗去浮沫控幹水分;

  2、西芹洗幹淨,斜着切薄片;

  3、姜切絲,炒鍋熱油爆香姜絲;

  4、放入羊肝爆炒幾下;再放入西芹翻炒;加鹽,同時不斷翻炒;

  5、在加雞汁,這時候可以放入少許開水到四周,烹一下;最後放入香菜和蔥花炒勻即可。
